Ebba heads up Schjødt's Swedish tax practice and specialises in structuring and tax matters relating to private equity, M&A and capital markets. She has extensive experience of fund structuring, real estate transactions, incentives, tax litigations, sustainability and ESG.

She regularly represents large clients within private equity, investment management, banking, industry, tech, energy and utilities, media and telecom, and real estate on some of their most complex and cutting-edge transactions, as well as on their risk management.

Ebba holds a Master of Laws from the University of Gothenburg and Université de Toulouse from 2006 and qualified as a member of the Swedish Bar Association in 2011. She joined Schjødt in 2021 after 15 years with an international firm, working out of Stockholm, Luxembourg and Paris.

She is ranked as recommended individual and Next Generation Partners in Chambers and Legal 500.
