Eline Vik Grøvdal

Eline is currently on leave of absence.

Eline specialises in tax and corporate law matters. She regularly advise clients on tax and corporate law matters related to mergers and acquisitions, and has particular experience with advising clients on transaction structures and intercompany restructurings. As part of our fisheries and aquaculture department, Eline also has experience in handling regulatory matters and corporate law matters particular to the fishery and aquaculture sector. Eline joined the firm in 2019. She holds a Master of Laws from the University of Bergen, where she specialised in corporate law, tax law and EU/EEA public procurement.
