Frantz is leading Schjødt's Danish Real Estate Transactions practice, bringing over 20 years of real estate expertise, advising top Danish and international clients on transactions, investments, joint ventures, funds, development projects, financing, and asset management. Frantz covers the entire cycle of the real estate market, and is also a seasoned litigator with audience to the Danish High Courts. 


From 2000 to 2006 Frantz was an external lecturer in the subject "Mergers & Acquisitions" at the Law Faculty of University of Copenhagen. In 2019 Frantz served as an interim judge with the Eastern Division of the Danish High Court. Frantz joined Schjødt in November 2023.
