Henrik Elvingsson

Henrik specialises in financial regulatory and financial services matters. With a background in advising regulated companies, he offers legal guidance in legal applications, payment services, investment funds, credit companies and securities law.

An integral part of his activities is advising managers/GPs and venture capital firms on the structuring and formation of funds, including advising on terms, structure, co-investments, and drafting of fund documentation.

Henrik joined the firm in 2023 after working for a couple of years at a renowned boutique law firm in Stockholm, specialising in fintech and asset management. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Gothenburg.
