Henrik Elvingsson

Henrik specialises in financial regulatory and financial services matters. With a background in advising regulated companies, he offers legal guidance in areas such as legal applications, payment services, fund and alternative investment fund (AIF) management, and securities law. Henrik also has experience in sustainable finance legislation, including the EU Taxonomy Regulation and the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), particularly as they relate to funds and investment services.

Henrik joined the firm in 2023 after working at a boutique law firm in Stockholm specialising in fintech and financial regulation. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at University of Gothenburg.
