Henrik Rynning Sjåmo

Henrik is part of Schjødt's Advisory department, specializing in legal issues related to energy, shipping, and infrastructure. He provides legal counsel in various cases within these domains, and is also affiliated with the M&A department. 

He holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Bergen. Henrik wrote his master's thesis on the EU Taxonomy. 

Prior to joining Schjødt in 2025, he worked for other law firms in both Bergen and Oslo.
