Ingrid works at Schjødt's Financial Regulatory department. She specialises in matters connected to domestic and international companies and regularly advises on transactions, customer contracts, product development, business setting up and closing, Norwegian and EU/EEA regulatory compliance and due diligence, and jurisdictional questions. She has broad experience assisting fintech companies, funds, insurance companies, and intermediaries with their day-to-day legal issues.

She joined Schjødt in 2023 after finishing her Master of Laws at the University of Bergen and her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Agder. While writing her master's thesis, Ingrid also worked as a legal advisor in the Norwegian Communications Authority, with responsibilities related to international relations and regulatory affairs, especially environmental sustainability. She wrote her master's thesis on the abuse of dominant position in the telecommunications market and took elective courses related to EU/EEA Law and Mediation.
