Ole G. Klevan

Ole has for many years been head of Schjødts Industry Department and before that been head of the Real Estate Department. He joined Schjødt as an associate in 1988, and became partner in 1992.
He works with a wide range of matters within commercial law. He assists clients in negotiations, contracts (drafting, negotiating), disputes (up till litigation), and general advise on business matters, hereunder start ups and how to organise and run businesses.

Ole is an expert on franchise – assisting several large franchise businesses – and is ranked as one of the leading lawyers in Norway.

He is also an expert on mineral rights/mining business and has assisted a major mining business for more than 30 years. He has also assisted in many aquisitions of Norwegian mining rights, mostly Australian and Canadian companies, hereunder with due diligence/reports for introduction to Australian and Canadian Stock Exchanges.

Ole has for many years assisted Norway's largest publishing company, and also several other media businesses.
