Sandra specializes in international dispute resolution, litigation and compliance. She has broad experience within cross-border commercial disputes and liability cases, as well as disputes with governmental bodies regarding access to documents, white-collar crime, media law, and human rights. Within compliance she has assisted a wide range of companies creating customized compliance programs and adapting to the Norwegian Transparency Act, and other relevant international framework, regulations and guidelines.
Sandra also assists with annual reports and annual reports on work with ESG. She regularly holds workshops and training programs for clients in the areas of transparency law, human rights, money laundering and compliance. She also regularly conducts due diligence assessments of supply chains, business partners and other third parties that pose risks.
Sandra joined the firm in 2022 and holds a Master of Laws from the University of Oslo. While writing her master's thesis on constitutional and EEA law, she was a scolarship holder and worked as a legal researcher for the Norwegian Parliament. During her studies she was an intern at the Attorney General's Office and several corporate law firms. She also worked as a legal consultant for the Norwegian Houseowner Association, and participated in the Nordic Competition on Human Rights in 2020.
Sandra speaks French in addition to Norwegian and English.
