Sara Baldus

Sara advises on all aspects of labour and employment law. Her areas of special focus include employment law (primarily the private-sector labour market), business restructures (including business transfers and collective redundancies), drafting of employee policies and incentive programmes, discrimination, litigation and data protection.

Sara also has extensive experience in handling and coordinating cross-border processes and projects, and she often assists in conducting complex legal inquiries and investigations, including workplace investigations.
