Thomas Nordby

Thomas is involved in the firm's strategic discussions and development. His principal areas of work are EU/EEA law, procurement, state aid and competition. Thomas works with dispute resolution within a wide range of civil cases before the courts, including the Supreme Court, arbitration, negotiations, and mediation. He is an experienced negotiator and team leader. Thomas has experience from the EFTA Court in Luxembourg and the Norwegian Attorney General (Civil Affairs). He has litigated several cases before the ECJ and the EFTA Court. Thomas has been a lawyer since 2000 and joined Schjødt in 2018. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Oslo and was admitted to the Supreme Court in 2005.
