Sindre Søndenå Andersen

Sindre is a partner in the Transactions department. His principal areas of work are in private and public M&A, capital markets, investments, joint ventures, finance and commercial contracts. Sindre work within a broad range of sectors and covers amongst other industry, renewable energy, oil & gas and oil service, technology and corporate real estate. Sindre is co-head of the firms renewable energy practice and has a particular focus within on- and offshore wind energy, hydro (large and small scale) and retail energy. Sindre serves as trusted advisor to several listed companies, family offices, industrial players and Norwegian and international Private Equity and Venture Capital firms.

Sindre has been a lawyer since 2005, when he joined Schjødt. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bergen. He is ranked as recommended individual in international rankings, including Chambers and Legal 500.
