Siv boats extensive experience in both financial and organizational restructurings within larger domestic and cross-border company groups, spanning diverse restructuring regimes across a wide spectrum of industries. As a founding member of the International Insolvency Institute, Siv holds a prominent figure in the field.
Siv’s role as a trusted advisor to company groups and boards encompasses every aspect of company law, accounting law, and robust corporate governance. Her expertise extends to adeptly managing various crisis scenarios. She has contributed her insights as a board member for several listed companies and presently holds a position on the Corporate Board of a major banking group.
Siv’s international recognition also stems from her distinction as one of very few Norwegian lawyers possessing profound knowledge and practical insights across all dimensions of mining and minerals law.
