Siv has extensive experience in financial and organizational restructuring of large corporate groups, both domestically and cross-border, working across a range of industries and under diverse restructuring frameworks.
As a trusted advisor, Siv supports corporate groups and boards on all facets of company law, accounting law, and corporate governance, with a particular focus on managing crisis situations. Her experience includes board roles in several listed companies, a major banking group, and serving on control committees for multiple banks/financial institutions.
Internationally recognized, Siv is among the few Norwegian lawyers with comprehensive expertise in mining law, providing hands-on advice across all aspects of the field.
