Charles Andersson

Charles is co-head of our Real Estate department and focuses primarily on real estate transactions and development. While his principal areas of work are in Real Estate M&A and development, he advises clients on a broad range of real estate related matters and on securities investments, funding and joint ventures. In addition to Real Estate, Charles frequently advices on M&A transactions, often in the Renewable Energy sector.

Charles has been a lawyer since 2005 and joined the firm in connection with Schjødt's merger with the Swedish law firm Hamilton. Prior to that, he practiced as a lawyer with two international law firms and also held the role as Chief Legal Officer with an international property investor.
