Geir Evenshaug

Geir is a partner with focus on M&A and capital markets. He assists domestic and foreign clients in a variety of different transactions, from public to private M&A, equity investments, general corporate law matters and securities law issues for publicly listed clients. He frequently advises large national or global industrial companies, private equity and venture funds in Norway and elsewhere, as well as investment banks and family offices. He provides advice within a range of sectors, with particular experience with energy and technology clients.

Geir is a 1998 graduate of the Faculty of law of the University of Oslo ranking 2nd in his class, and he obtained a LL.M. law degree from University of Cambridge in 2002.
