Jesper Oehlenschlaeger Madsen

Jesper is a partner in the employment and pension department, specialising in labour and employment law with a particular focus on collective labour law and public employment law. He represents a wide range of private and public sector employers, including local authorities and regions. Jesper is often involved in cases concerning complex collective labour law issues, but also handles general employment law matters.

Jesper became qualified to appear before the High Court in 2018. In addition, he has been an external lecturer in collective labour law at the University of Copenhagen since 2020.
