Head of Real Estate practice group

Silje works in Schjødt's real estate group, and gives advise on all real estate related matters. She advises key Norwegian real estate companies, and specialise in commercial real estate transactions, and all aspects of the development of residential and commercial real estate, amongst other things. This includes organisation of real estate, land registration, deallocation of land and sectioning.

Silje also advises real estate developers with planning and building applications. She regularly advises on large real estate transactions, and has wide experience with drafting and negotiating lease agreements for commercial real estate, both offices and retail.
