Anders Ødegård
Senior Lawyer
Anders specializes in dispute resolution. He has experience dealing with complex industrial projects both on- and offshore, with particular focus on contractual matters (e.g., drilling contracts, joint venture agreements, project contracts, building contracts, infrastructure agreements, contracts of affreightment, SLA-agreements, and landlord-tenant contracts). He also has experience with compliance, sanctions, mining and minerals law, petroleum law and intellectual property.
He is a graduate from the Faculty of Law at the University of Oslo and speaks German to some extent.
