Bente Eide Fossmark

Bente specializes in both property development cases and real estate transactions. She particularly has experience with due diligence processes, various zoning, planning- and building law issues, disputes, property organization, and writing and negotiating development agreements.

Bente joined the firm in 2022. Prior to joining Schjødt full time, she had traineeships at Schjødt and several other law firms. In addition, she was assigned the Schjødt scholarship in the spring of 2022 for her master thesis about development agreements. Bente also participated in the study abroad program at Ramon Llull University. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Oslo.
