Carl specialises in dispute resolution and has extensive experience in international and domestic arbitration as well as commercial litigation before Swedish general and administrative courts. He is particularly experienced in disputes relating to transactions, shareholders' agreements, consultancy and construction, professional liability as well as insolvency.

Carl graduated from Uppsala University with a Master of Laws, specialising in commercial and company law. He has also studied law in the United Kingdom and served as a law clerk in the District Court of Solna, Sweden.
